Jordan Heritage Restaurant was created to document, revive and share Jordanian culinary heritage. The restaurant's own site says it has documented 94 Jordanian dishes over five years, trained 75 women across 10 governorates, sourced ingredients from women-owned businesses and hired from six governorates.

The experience is built around authenticity, cultural storytelling and hospitality—bringing regional recipes to the table while connecting diners with the people and places behind them.
