Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using a4array.com (the "Site"), including browsing the directory, submitting a listing, or requesting a free website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Description of Service
A4Array operates a free, searchable business directory and provides volunteer web development services to eligible local businesses. We may also offer paid services including mobile app development, design, and social media marketing, which may be governed by a separate agreement or quote.
Business Listings & Accuracy
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted for their listing (name, address, hours, services, etc.). A4Array reserves the right to edit, decline, suspend or remove any listing that is inaccurate, outdated, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.
Free Website & Volunteer Services
Free websites and listings are built by volunteer developers on a best-effort basis. While we aim for high quality and timely delivery, free services are provided "as is" without guaranteed timelines, specific business outcomes, or uptime commitments. Availability of volunteer resources may affect delivery schedules.
Ownership & Claiming a Website
A business may choose to "claim" and take ownership of a website built by A4Array. Ownership transfer, domain handover, and any associated costs (such as hosting or premium features) will be discussed and confirmed directly with the business before transfer, and may be subject to a separate written agreement.
Paid Services
Services such as custom development, mobile apps (iOS & Android), branding/design, and social media marketing or handling are offered on a paid basis. Scope, pricing, timelines and payment terms for paid services will be agreed upon separately with each client before work begins.
User Conduct
You agree not to: submit false or misleading business information; use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or scrape or republish directory data at scale without permission.
Intellectual Property
The A4Array name, logo, design and site content are the property of A4Array unless otherwise noted. Websites built for businesses become the property of the business upon completed ownership transfer, as outlined in the Ownership section above. Businesses retain rights to their own logos, photos and brand assets submitted to us.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party business websites and social media pages. A4Array does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A4Array and its volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including loss of business, revenue, or data.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to any listing or service, at our discretion, for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
